What kinds of events do you provide services for?
We serve a full range of events — from corporate galas and trade-shows to weddings, private parties, cocktail receptions, product launches, and more. Whether you need a small panel-discussion sound setup or a full dance-floor production, we can scale to your needs.
What services are included in your DJ packages?
Our DJ service typically includes a professional DJ/host, full sound system (speakers, mics, mixer), lighting options (uplighting, dance-floor effects), and the flexibility to customize music and schedule to suit your event flow.
Do you carry backup equipment and backup personnel?
Yes — we bring redundant gear and plan for backup staffing so that there’s no disruption if a technical or logistical issue arises. (This ensures your event remains on schedule and smoothly run.)
What kind of music genres and formats do you handle?
We’re full-service DJs — we cover Top 40, Hip-Hop, R&B/Soul, Rock, EDM/House, Latin, World Music (including Bollywood/Bhangra), and everything in between. We’re flexible, we work from your “must-play” and “do-not-play” lists, and we adapt to your guest crowd.
How far in advance should I book, and how do I secure my date?
Popular dates fill up quickly (especially weekends). We recommend booking as early as possible. To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and deposit (often 50 % of the total).
What does your pricing structure look like?
We provide custom proposals based on the size, duration, location, and complexity of your event (sound + lighting + extras).
What about venue logistics: setup, sound check, space, power requirements?
We coordinate with your venue regarding arrival/setup time, power needs, stage/space layout and walk-through logistics. We’ll specify our space requirements and timeline in advance to integrate seamlessly with your venue schedule and other vendors.
Do you perform MC and/or announcement duties?
Yes — our DJs can handle emcee duties including introductions, guide the timeline (first dance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.), and make announcements as needed. If you prefer minimal mic use, we can adapt to a lighter-touch approach.
Are you insured and properly licensed for events?
Yes — we carry the necessary liability insurance and have professional equipment and certifications as appropriate for the venues we serve. (This ensures you and your venue are covered.)
What happens if something unexpected happens on the day of the event?
Unexpected things happen — venue delays, weather shifts, schedule changes. We have flexible contingency plans (backup DJ, delay-ready setup, coordination with your planner/venue) so we stay on track and keep the vibe strong!
